Vanila Food Products operates through two manufacturing facilities each of 25,000 sq. ft. and 15,000 sq. ft. capacity in Ambernath, located in the outskirts of mumbai (Bombay), India. An operating capacity of 2 x 20 fcl containers per day (40 tonnes per day) is maintained with ongoing batch production 7 days a week (operational 24*7).

The multi-storied facilities operate in a fully sterile environment in compliance with global standards of excellence and benchmarking.

The company maintains state-of-the-art ranges of toffee and candy production equipment. Machinery checks and maintenance rounds are performed at frequent intervals to prevent production stalling. Additional reserve capacity also ensures deadlines are maintained within required constraints. Production is thus maintained and optimized through time-tested methods of manual and automated processes.

Quality Control (QC) is implemented at various steps during production – both through reliance on skilled personnel and automated processes. More than 216,000,000 candies and toffees are shipped out from our manufacturing facility every month meeting the requirements of clients pan-Africa

Direct container loading is also done at the factory to enable speedy, hassle-free loading. Multiple-docking points are possible to load more than one container simultaneously. A fail-safe network of logistical lines for shipment deliveries across multiple locations is also maintained.
